APD is seeking information on the three individuals in this video (male in red shirt, male in white shirt and female in red and white shirt). They are persons of interest in a theft of an electronic device from a north side business.
The Abilene Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying persons of interest reference to Theft of Property. Investigation revealed three persons of interest captured on surveillance video may have information about this theft. The Abilene Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two persons of interest reference to a stolen 2015 Dark Green over Silver Dodge Pickup Truck Texas plates: HSB0046. The dark green looks black. This vehicle was stolen from Market Street parking lot. Investigation revealed two persons of interest captured on surveillance video possibly involved. They were also seen in a Silver Van. We need your help in Identifying this couple.

The attached photos are persons of interest in the possible passing of counterfeit bills at a local Walmart store here in Abilene, Texas. If you recognize any of these individuals and wish to remain anonymous, please contact crime stoppers. The vehicle is one that these subjects were seen in at the time of the incident.
Identify these two and you could earn $$. The young Hispanic couple seen here used a stolen credit card in Oct. at several Abilene businesses. They charged over $500 on the stolen card. Call (325) 676-8477 and help catch these suspects.
Two south Abilene convenience stores were robbed.
The first robbery occurred at a store on the 1300 block of S. 14th Street just before 3:00 a.m. The suspect came into the store and demanded cash from the register. The Clerk reported that the suspect had blanket and plastic bag concealing himself. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money and left on foot, north bound on Poplar Street. No weapon was displayed during this incident.
A second robbery happened a little over an hour later at a store on the 5100 block of Hwy 277. Two suspects were involved in this incident. One of the suspects had a gun, and both were wearing masks.
One suspect stood at door as a lookout. This suspect was wearing a blue hoodie. The other suspect who had the gun, demanded money from the clerk. Both stole an undisclosed amount of money and both suspects fled the store heading towards Texas Ave. on foot.
There were two other convenience stores were robbed this week - an Allsup`s on the 2100 block of S. 1st St. was robbed Sunday morning, and a 7-Eleven on the 1200 block of Grape St. was robbed Tuesday Morning.
It is unknown if any of these robberies are connected or are the same suspects.

The Abilene Police Department is releasing surveillance video from a downtown business on Cypress St., of two suspects who need to be identified. The video is dated Thursday, September 8, 2016. On that same day, the Abilene Police Department received three reports of slashed tires in the same area where the surveillance video shows these two suspects. City of Abilene property located on the 500 block of Cypress had three vehicles with slashed tires. A citizen on the 700 block of Sunset St. reported they had a vehicle with slashed tires and finally, a citizen near the 1000 block of N. Mockingbird reported they had their tires slashed. This vandalism occurred in the overnight hours.
On Wednesday, September 14, 2016, the Abilene Police Department received nine reports of slashed tires and two reports of broken windshields, most of the incidents occurred in North Abilene in and around the downtown area. Among the businesses affected were: the Abilene Civic Center; City of Abilene property on 500 Cypress (previously affected); a bank located on the 1100 block of Pine; a resident on the 2500 block of Greenbriar; the West Central Texas Water District on 400 block of Hickory; a floral shop on the 900 block of N. 18; a resident on the 100 block of Pleasant Hill Dr.; a resident on the 5500 block of Fairmont; a resident on 2500 Nonesuch, all reported slashed tires. A resident on N. 19th reportedly had his SUV windshield broken and a car lot on South Danville reported two vehicles with broken windshields.
